Who this is

What I collect
- What you send on the intake form: your email, your idea and its description, who it's for, the problem it solves, your stage, your main fear or doubt, which package you want, and whether you're open to a warm introduction.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. I receive confirmation that you paid and basic order details.
- Basic usage analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate website statistics (pages viewed, general location, device type). No cross-site advertising trackers.
- Anything you send me by email in the course of ordering or getting your Signal.
How I use it
- To produce and deliver your Signal.
- To contact you about your order, deliver your report, and follow up (including asking for a review, which you're free to ignore).
- To take payment through Stripe.
- If, and only if, you opt in to introductions: to note the non-identifying tags of your idea (industry, stage, what you need next) so I can spot a possible complementary match. Your actual idea is never disclosed, and no introduction happens without your explicit yes.
Your idea stays yours
Anything you submit is confidential and is used only to produce your Signal. It is never posted publicly, shared, sold, or reused for any other purpose. You keep all rights to your idea and your materials. This confidentiality is the core promise of the business, not a footnote.
Reviews and testimonials
If you leave a review, I will only display it publicly (with your name or first name and a quote) if you give explicit permission when you submit it. Your review never reveals your idea unless you choose to describe it yourself. You can ask me to remove a published review at any time.
Who I share data with
I don't sell your data, ever. I share it only with the service providers that make the business run, and only to the extent they need it:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Formspree which delivers the intake and waitlist form submissions to me.
- My email and file tools used to prepare and deliver your Signal.
- A privacy-friendly website analytics provider for aggregate statistics.
I may also disclose information if required by law. That's the only exception to the above.
How long I keep it
I keep your submission and Signal for as long as needed to deliver the work, honor the guarantee, keep basic business and tax records, and, if you opted in, support the introductions feature. You can ask me to delete your personal data sooner (see below), and I will, except for the minimal records I'm legally required to keep.
Your choices and rights
- Access or correction: ask me what I hold about you, or to fix it.
- Deletion: ask me to delete your data and I will, subject to legal record-keeping.
- Opt out of introductions: withdraw your introduction opt-in at any time.
- Opt out of follow-ups: tell me to stop emailing you and I will.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments run through Stripe's secure infrastructure, and I limit access to your submission to what's needed to produce your Signal. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but I treat your idea with the care the promise requires.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
